Instructions
To create a support quote:
- Go to Sales > Quotes.
- Click the Add Quote button.
- Choose Add Support Quote from the drop-down list.
- Choose the relevant Company to be associated with the quote.
- You will see the Contact Information drop-down auto-populate based on the Company you have chosen. You can also add new contacts by clicking the + button.
- Fill out the other required fields, including quote type (new), quote status (draft), coverage dates, sales rep and creation date.
