Our Founding Journey
For over two decades, I’ve worked at resellers, built a third-party maintenance company from scratch, and picked up plenty of wisdom on driving a tech company forward.
In 2017, though, I hit a roadblock.
My previous venture, Reliant, was focused on growing our maintenance services and recurring revenue, but we were stuck. The daily grind and lack of the right tools were major hurdles.
We gave Salesforce a shot to manage our operations, but it was a no-go. Consulting fees stacked up, our data was all over the place, and the workload was intense. We were on the lookout for a smarter approach.
A Breakthrough
Fueled by a bold idea, we set out to create a no-cost IT asset management platform for our customers. That idea not only transformed our operations over the next three years but also became the heart of our business, leading to an acquisition by a major player in the industry.
Our progress was off the charts, thanks to a dedicated team, all syncing up on a top-notch platform.
The Future
We successfully sold Reliant in March 2022. After a brief breather and spinning Owlytica into its own brand, I’m now excited about helping others grow and fine-tune their businesses.
Outside of steering Owlytica, my world revolves around music, cooking, quality time with the family, and embracing the great outdoors—be it camping, golfing, or hiking. My faith is really important to me, and I aim to live out of love and kindness.
