To consolidate multiple quotes:
- From the main menu navigate to Sales > Quotes.
- Select the quotes you want to consolidate (must be at least two).
- From the Actions dropdown select Consolidate Quotes.
NOTE: Only single line item quotes for the same company can be consolidated.
