To archive a quote directly from the quotes main page:
- From the main menu navigate to Sales > Quotes.
- Check the box to select one or more quotes from the dashboard that you want to archive.
- From the Actions dropdown select Archive.
Archive an individual quote from it’s details page:
- From the main menu navigate to Sales > Quotes.
- Select and open up the quote you want to archive.
- Click on the Action dropdown and select Archive.
