To set up your account settings:
- From the main menu go to Settings > Account Setup >Account Settings.
- Fill out the appropriate fields. (Field Descriptions below).
Account Setting Fields
- Tenant Name
- Email BCC
- Support Email
- Mail From
- Time Format
- Time Zone
- Filecloud URL
- Filecloud Primary Login
Tenant Name
This field represents the name of your organization, and it will appear on outbound emails.
Email BCC
If this email is added, copies of all email notifications sent from Owlytica (admin and user notifications) will be sent to this email as well.
owlyticaarchive@yourcompanydomain.com is a suggested option.
Support Email
This field is designated for your support email address. For example, ours is support@owlytica.com. Notifications within Owlytica can include the insertion tag {{mailto_support}}, which automatically populates this information.
Mail From
Currently, this field accepts an email address. This is the alias mail from address that will appear in your team or customer’s email system when Owlytica sends out an email notification on your behalf.
The real sender is: {yourowlyticainstance-helpdesk}@yourowlyticainstance.owlytica.com
Time Format
Choose between 24-hour or 12-hour time format.
Time Zone
Choose your timezone.
Filecloud URL
Used for Filecloud integration. On the Filecloud platform, there is a Company profile that includes multiple users. For example, if the company “Friday” has an account, you should insert the link here.
Example: friday.filecloudonline.com.
Filecloud Primary Login
The user who shared folders with other company users is the primary user. Set the name of this user in the Filecloud Primary Login field.
