Create Contacts

Contacts are customers who can be added to quotes or contracts.

Instructions

To add contacts for a company:

  • Open up the company’s profile by going to Companies > Companies then selecting the Organization you’d like to add a User to.
  • From this Company profile navigate to the Contacts tab and click on the Add Contact button.
  • From the Users dropdown you’ll be able to select one of the Users associated with the company to add as a contact.

NOTE: Customers can be users AND/OR contacts, only users can access the customer portal.

1/19/24: We can mass import contacts on your behalf via CSV. We will need you to send us a file.
