Contacts are customers who can be added to quotes or contracts.

Instructions
To add contacts for a company:
- Open up the company’s profile by going to Companies > Companies then selecting the Organization you’d like to add a User to.
- From this Company profile navigate to the Contacts tab and click on the Add Contact button.
- From the Users dropdown you’ll be able to select one of the Users associated with the company to add as a contact.
NOTE: Customers can be users AND/OR contacts, only users can access the customer portal.
