The Request tab will show a record of all requests from a client and give you the ability to respond to those requests.
Customer Portal – New Support Request
Customers can send requests for a contract from the Customer Portal:
- They would choose Contracts from the navigation menu.
- Go to the contract they need to request support for and click the Requests tab.
- Click New Support Request in the Actions section.
- Choose Request Type and add a message
- Click the Send button.
Team Portal – Request Tab
Once a request is submitted it can be viewed in the Team portal under the Request tab for the appropriate contract. A team member can then reply to this message from the client.
